Code Vein 2: Hot Spring Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

In Code Vein II, Hot Springs serve as more than just a place for relaxation; they are vital mechanical hubs located within each major Safe Zone.

Visiting a Hot Spring allows you to view "Lost Memories" (visual recaps of timeline events you’ve changed), recover half of your lost Haze if you died in a Boss arena, and—most importantly—reset your "Stain" level (a new status effect in the sequel that permanently reduces your max HP until washed away).

Here is what you should know about these Hot Springs:

• If you die and find it too dangerous to run back and retrieve your dropped Haze, you can sit in any Hot Spring to recover 50% of it instantly. It’s a steep price, but it beats losing 100% to a gravity death.
• As you fight "Horror" type enemies, your character accumulates black ichor stains on their skin. Once the meter fills, your Total HP is reduced by 20%. The Hot Spring is the only place to remove this debuff without using a rare "Purifying Salt" consumable.
• If you're confused by the Timeline Decision system, the Hot Spring allows you to interact with the "Steam Memories" to see exactly which choice led to your current world state (e.g., why Holly is a Reaper instead of a Hero).

While in a Hot Spring, your character automatically switches to a "Spa Outfit." You can unlock different variations (tints and patterns) for these by:

• Trading Items: Give "Old-World Souvenirs" to Murasame or Mia.
• Difficulty Rewards: Beating a boss without taking damage unlocks the "Golden Silk" variant.
